I stayed in this cheerful hotel for 2 days, had excellent experience, enjoyed its excellent location very close to the Swamsea beach, restaurants, museum, parks and supermarkets, shops, restaurants and public transport, and shopping mall and market. Generally everything was great, nonetheless the bathroom was a bit tired. The staff was very good, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information.

The location was perfect, very close to everything. Our double room was cozy and clean, with great tea and coffee facilities. The two men working that evening handled a fire alarm situation excellently. Shoutout to chris at reception for being so helpful when we needed a place last minute!
but I wish there had been more toiletries in the room.

Tea and coffee provisioning, clean and decorated environment, proximity to local attractions
Old, worn room furnishings could use a refresh!!! Thin walls create an unsettling noise environment!!!

The hotel's decor was charming, and the accessibility was fantastic for seniors. It felt cute everywhere, especially the lovely breakfast area which was easy to navigate and brightened my mornings.
More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.
